Easy to use mix for a variety of sweet muffins or cupcakes. Use berries, fruit or chocolate chips for variety. Options if dietary needs allow. Add one beaten egg and/or substitute oil for butter or margarine.


Ingredients:
Sugar, Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Potato Starch, Emulsifier (Mono & Diglycerides), Baking Powder, Cornflour, Natural Flavour, Anticaking Agent (Calcium Carbonate), Salt, Vegetable Gum (Xanthan Gum) Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Colour (Beta Carotene).

Sweet Muffin Mix












Recipe:
1.     Preheat oven to 170 C (150 C fan bake).
2.     In a mixing bowl combine Sweet Muffin Mix, water and oil.
3.     Using an electric mixer, mix for one minute or until smooth. Gently stir in desired garnish.
4.     Portion into muffin cups and allow 10 minutes to rest before baking.
5.     Bake for 20-25 minutes or until baked when tested with a skewer.
       Makes 12 standard muffins.

Storage:Store in a cool dry dark area.
