Sweet Muffin Mix Savoury Muffin Mix

Easy to use mix for a variety of savoury muffins. Use sun dried tomatoes, olives, spinach, feta, bacon & herbs for variety. Options if dietary needs allow. Add one beaten egg and/or substitute oil for butter or margarine.


Ingredients:
Tapioca Flour, Sorghum Flour, Rice Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Potato Starch, Sugar, Anticaking Agent (Calcium Carbonate), Baking Powder, Salt, Onion Flakes, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Smoked Paprika, Vegetable Gum (Xanthan Gum), Emulsifier (Mono & Diglycerides), Mixed Herbs.

Savoury Muffin Mix












Recipe:
1.     Preheat oven to 170 C (150 C fan bake).
2.     In a mixing bowl combine Savoury Muffin Mix, water and oil.
3.     Using an electric mixer, mix for one minute or until smooth. Gently stir in desired garnish.
4.     Portion into muffin cups and allow 10 minutes to rest before baking.
5.     Bake for 20-25 minutes or until baked when tested with a skewer.
       Makes 12 standard muffins.

Storage:Store in a cool dry dark area.
Shelf Life:12 months from manufacture.
