Versatile mix for pancakes, pikelets & waffles. Also suitable for making savoury pancakes by adding salt, pepper & herbs etc. Options if dietary needs allow. Add one beaten egg and/or substitute oil for butter or margarine.

Savoury Muffin Mix












Recipe:
1.     In a mixing bowl combine Pancake Mix, water and oil.
2.     Using an electric mixer, mix for one minute or until smooth.
3.     Allow to sit for 10 minutes before cooking.
4.     Heat oil in pan to medium heat.
5.     Spoon mixture into pan. When bubbles appear on the surface, turn pancake over.
6.     When bottom of pancake is golden brown, remove from pan. Makes approx 24 standard
        pancakes.


Storage:Store in a cool dry dark area.
Shelf Life:12 months from manufacture.
