Pastry Kitchen products are made in a dedicated Gluten Free and Allergywise environment which uses no gluten, egg, dairy or soy and each ingredient is checked by suppliers for traces or contamination risks and consider this important for ensuring that no cross contamination occurs. Pizza Base Mix
For producing pizza bases and variety of flat breads. Brush with oil and sprinkle with garlic, rock salt or herbs. Add one Tablespoon of cider vinegar for delicious sour dough bread base.
Ingredients:
Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Potato Starch, Cornflour, Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Vegetable Gum (Xanthan Gum).

Recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 190 C (170 C fan bake).
2. In a mixing bowl combine Pizza Base Mix, water and oil until a dough is formed.
3. To make sour dough version add cider vinegar, mix into dough.
4. Rest dough for 10 minutes before using.
5. Roll out 250g dough for thin 23cm base or 350g dough for thick 23cm base.
6. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with topping of your choice and bake for a further 10 minutes or until
baked.
Storage: Store in a cool dry dark area.
Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacture.
