Chocolate Brownie Mix
Simple to use mix for delicious chocolate cakes & slices. Decorate or garnish with chocolate, berries or fruit and serve with dairy free cream. Options if dietary needs allow. Add one beaten egg and/or substitute oil for butter or margarine.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Cocoa, Potato Starch, Emulsifier (Mono & Diglycerides), Baking Powder, Cornflour, Natural Flavour, Anticaking Agent (Calcium Carbonate), Salt, Vegetable Gum (Xanthan Gum) Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).

Recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 180 C (160 C fan bake).
2. In a mixing bowl combine Chocolate Brownie Mix, water and oil.
3. Using an electric mixer, mix for one minute or until smooth. Gently stir in desired garnish.
4. Pour batter into a greased & lined 23cm cake tin and allow 10 minutes to rest before baking.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until baked when tested with a skewer.
Storage: Store in a cool dry dark area.
Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacture.
